Most practices come to us with one of three things: a case ready to plan, a question about prices, or a question about how we work. Pick the one that fits and it takes you straight to the right place.

Scan, notes and photographs. We assess the case and send you a 3D set-up and treatment plan before anything is made.

Send us a case
Complete the form and add a link to your scan files. We check the scan, plan the case and send you the 3D set-up and full treatment plan. You approve before anything is manufactured, and the plan fee is credited to the case when you go ahead.
* Use your own case reference. Do not enter the patient's name or date of birth.
What happens next: 1. We confirm we have received the case. 2. We send you the 3D set-up video and treatment plan, with the aligner count. 3. You approve the plan and we manufacture.

Are you a patient?
OrthoAlign is a laboratory, not a clinic. We make aligners for dental practices, and your treatment is provided by a dentist. Tell us where you are and we will point you to a practice near you that uses our aligners.
Already in treatment? Contact your dentist directly about your aligners. We cannot discuss individual treatment.
