Why is the price list not on the page?

Because they are trade prices. Your patients would see them and compare them with the fee you charge, which is not a comparison that helps anyone. We send the list to dental professionals on request.

What does the treatment plan cost?

The 3D set-up and full plan carry a fee, which is refunded or credited when the case goes ahead. Only the phone consultation is free. The fees are on the trade price list.

What if the case needs more aligners than the package?

Talk to us when you see the plan. The plan tells you the aligner count before you choose a package, so this is rare.

Do you take on cases started elsewhere?

Yes. Send the current scan and we make the refiners at our standard refiner price.

Is there a minimum order or contract?

Cases are priced individually from the list, so you can send one case and see how we work before sending more. If you want to talk about volume or a longer arrangement, contact us and we will set it up with you.

Do prices include VAT?

The price list shows each price as you will be invoiced. If you need the VAT treatment confirmed for your practice accounts, ask when you request the list and we will state it in the reply.

How our pricing works

Four things to know before you request the list.

Priced by aligner count.

Choose the package that matches the number of aligners the case needs. Every package is available for a single arch or both arches, at one fixed price.

Refiners are included.

Every package comes with refiners, from 1 on the smallest to 4 on the largest. You are not billed again when the case needs a refinement stage.

Planning is credited.

The 3D set-up video and full treatment plan carry a fee, refunded or credited to the case when you go ahead. A phone consultation is always free.

Extras priced individually.

Retainers, bleaching trays, bite guards, stents and attachment templates each have one fixed price on the price list. You add them only when a case needs them.

What every package includes

One price covers the case from assessment to finished aligners. There is no separate charge for planning once you go ahead, and no charge for the refinement stage. What you pay for the package is what the case costs, unless you add retainers or other extras from the list.
